Explanation:

Combination reaction is that reaction in which two or more reactants combine together to form a new single product/compound.

for e.g.,

N2 + O2 gives out 2NO (Nitric oxide)

Decomposition reaction is that reaction in which a single compound/reactant decomposes to form two or more compounds/products.

for e.g.,

CaCO3(s) gives out CaO + CO2

(Quick lime)

The relation between them is that both these rearions are just opposite to each other.
