\textbf{ Hello Mate! }

 {2}^{x} = \frac{1}{128} \\ {2}^{x} = \frac{1}{ {2}^{3} \times {2}^{3} \times 2 } \\ {2}^{x} = \frac{1}{ {2}^{7} } \\ {2}^{x} = {2}^{ - 7}

On comparing both sides we get

x = - 7

\boxed{ Hence\:value\:of\:x\:is\: -7 }

Have great future ahead!

Given Equation is 2^x = (1/128)

It can be written as,

 = \textgreater 2^x = (2^7)^{-1}

 = \textgreater 2^x = (2^{-7})

We know that when a^m = a^n, then m = n.

= > x = -7.

Hope this helps!
