Answer:

stretch our forefinger,middle finger and thumb such that they were perpendicular to each other of right hand.our middle finger shows the direction of induced current, our forefinger shows the direction of magnetic field and thumb shows the direction of movement of conductor.

In this figure by applying Fleming's right hand rule the current is induced in right direction, the magnetic field will be on upper side and conductor will be move downwards.
