in a cyclic quadrilateral, sum of opposite angles is 180 degree.

angle abc + angle adc = 180.

93 + angle adc = 180.

angle adc = 87.

now,

ac is a diameter and ce is tangent. therefore they are perpendicular to each other.

angle ace = angle acd + angle dce.

90 = angle acd + 35

angle acd = 55.

and,

∆cad =180°

∆cad= angle acd + angle adc + angle cad

180= 55 + 87 + angle cad

angle cad = 38°.
