1) no. of sheets required to make 100NB=1500
no. of sheets required to make 1NB=1500/100
=15
no. of sheets required to make 12NB=180 sheets
2)total marks by kavita=(72+96+75)=243
total percentage=243/300×100=81%
3)total no of eggs =700
percent of eggs broken =20%
no. of eggs broken =20/100×700=140 eggs

Hello user
Using unitary method we have..
Solution1...
1500 sheets = 100 NB
So, 1NB = 1500/100
So,12 NB = 15 ×12 = 180
______________________
Solution2..
Total % = Total obtained ,marks / Maximum marks in total × 100
= 243 × 100/300
= 81 %
______________________
Solution3..
20/100 × 700 = 20 × 7 = 140
So, 140 eggs were broken.

Solution4...
1 litre = 1000cm^3
So, let x % of 1 litre is 50cm^3
So, x/100 × 1000 = 50
x = 5 %
So, 5 % of 1 litre is 50 cm^3.
Hope it works
