Breadth of rectangle =x m
Length of rectangle =2x m
Area of rectangle =x*2x =2450
2x square=2450
X2=1225
X= 35 m
Length =2*35=70 metres
Breadth =35 metre
Perimeter =2*(l+b)
=2*105=210metres

Area of rectangular field = 2450 msq

length is twice that of breadth

so let the breadth = x

length will be = 2x

area of a rectangle = LxB = x*2x

=> 2x^2 = 2450

=> x^2 = 2450/2

=> x^2 = 1225

=> x = √1225

=> x = 35

hence breadth = 35

and length = 2(35) = 70

now perimeter of the rectangle = 2(L+B) = 2( 35+70) = 2x105 = 210 m
