'e' means energy

'm' means mass

'c' means speed of light in vacuum (around 300000 km/s

so

product of mass and two times of light gives the energy

PROOF

Let the,

M = mass, E = energy

C = speed of light in vacuum

M2 X C2 = (Ml2 + Mw2 +Mmh2)

Adding 4th term energy

M2 X C2 = (Ml2 +Mw2 + MH2) + E2

Normalizing energy by dividing C2

M2 X c2 = (Ml2 + Mw2 + MH2) + E2/C2

At rest momentum is zero

M2 X C2 = 0 + E2/C2

M2 X C2 = E2/C2

M2 X C2 X C2= E2

E2 = M2 X C4

Taking root of the whole equation

√ (E2 = M2 X C4)

E = MC2
