firstly when we eat the cholate it goes to mouth and secreation saliva is occur. due to saliva cholate state change into liquid form. it is phyiscal change.

when the cholate goes into our small intenstine secreation of bile juice is occur and it react with cholate and form energy.it is a chemical change.
