Friend here this diagram shows that.
A particle is suspended from the ceiling of the room and with a string.
This particle is rotating in a horizontal like structure with a circular motion.
like that the wings of a helicopter rotate.
and a weight Mg acts towards downwords.

while tension forces acting towards upward towards the ceiling.

and this tension force is making an angle theta with the perpendicular :if you draw a perpendicular from that feeling.

and length of the string is L
