I AM CONFUSED WHETHER THE RADIUS OF CONE IS 2X OR DIAMETER IS 2X.BUT I WILL ANSWER FOR BOTH
if the radius of cone was 2x
volume of cylinder=πr²h=πx²y
volume of cone=πr²h/3=4πx²a/3
πx²y=4πx²a/3
then a =3y/4
if diameter was 2x
height is 3y
