ANSWER: 2)X^2+Y^2-2X-2Y-7=0..

STEP BY STEP EXPLINATION:

GIVEN THAT RADIUS OF THE CIRCLE r = 3

LET US TAKE CENTRE C=(h,k),WHICH IS THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF THE GIVEN LINES

2X+3Y=5-------(1)

2X-Y=1----------(2)

BY SOLVING THE ABOVE EQUATIONS WE GET X=1,Y=1 i.e centre C(h,k)=C(1,1)

h=1,k=1

we know that,the standard equation of the circle is (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2

i.e (x-1)^2+(y-1)^2=3^2

x^2+1-2x+y^2+1-2y=9

there fore the equation of the circle with radius 3 is=x^2+y^2-2x-2y-7=0
