Beacuse of heat the expansion in metal Y happened and it can only be explained if Conductivity of Y is greater than X.

as option C and D are not related to the. property related to the experiment, so remove Off them..
THEN left out with option A and B , as the given figure correctly explains that metal Y had increasingly curved , due to its High curvature or due to its melting point,,..
but in the given figure X is curved outward , which show that , it is not a good conductor of heat, so hence, we conclude that X is not a good conductive than Y, so hence option B is correct...
