(2^(m+n))/(2^(n-m))=16
=>(2^(m+n-n+m))=2⁴
=>2m=4
=>m=2; n=0,-6[Because for, n=0,-6 the given equation is true.]
a=2^1/10
so,
for n=0; a^(2m+n-p) = a^(4-p)=2^((4-p)/10)
1/(a^(m-2n+2p))^-1=a^(2+2p)=2^((1+p)/5)
so, (a^(2m+n-p))/(a^(m-2n+2p))=2^((4-p+2+2p)/10)=2^((6+p)/10)

for n=-6; a^(2m+n-p)=a^(-2-p)=1/(2^((2+p)/10))
1/(a^(m-2n+2p))^-1=a^(2+12+2p)=2^((7+p)/5)
so, (a^(2m+n-p))/(a^(m-2n+2p))=2^(14-2+2p-p/10)=2^((10+p)/10)
