See, I am telling u the process, try to do it by urself, cause then u can understand better.
First join, CS.
Then, CT=CS (both are radius of the circle)
Thus, CS=13.
Then, angle CPS =90 and thus, CPS is a right angled triangle..
U have CP and CS, now by putting pythagoreas theorem, find PS..
Then, 2*PS = RS (a perpendicular drawn on any chord from the centre, bisects it into two equal parts)
