if you divide with 4 both numerator and denominator...you'll get

82.25/100 = 0.8225
which is a terminating decimal...

given, 329/400

since the denominator 400 can be written as 2×2×2×2×5×5 ..so the denominator is factors of only 2 and 5

the decimal expansion is terminating

329/400=3.29/4=0.8225
