Help mother in the kitchen and write your experience as a diary entry

oh my mother never really want me in the kitchen as she tells me I just plunder over things that are kept nicely ordered with markings for each & every available item but today is not the same my mother is not feeling well as you know she have this knee problem I don't know when is she going to get it treated, always giving me the same excuse I am fine but I she is not today the knee is paining a lot & I have told her to stay completely on bed but she wouldn't listen. I told her I will make food for this afternoon for both of us, to her horror she just left the bed on listening to this but I insisted mother you should not spend hours standing in the kitchen then she had another way of keeping an eye on me by sitting on the dinning table just at the corner of the kitchen. now I was being instructed from the corner of her eyes while she reads the latest edition of grahsobha. I planned on making something I read few weeks back on my weekly email update of Sanjeev Kapoor the dish was dum pulav & i was adamant on doing what i was doing so I started with all the trashing, that you have left everything open, non of the things are in place & so on so forth. but in the end we made a wonder dum pulav & it brought tears to my mother's eyes not because of the taste it was just good but by looking at the condition of the kitchen & with that my mother's vouch for nothing letting me come & work in the kitchen continued.
