factor/4 × factor/3 = (factor×factor)/4×3
for example :
let first factor is 2 and second factor is 5
then
 \frac{2}{4} \times \frac{5}{3} = \frac{2}{4} \frac{5}{3} = \frac{10}{12}
in the case of division :
factor/12 ÷ factor/3 =
factor/12 x 3/factor(denominator reciprocal) = factor/4 × 1/factor
for example :
let first factor is 7
second factor is 5
we get
 \frac{7}{12} \div \frac{5}{3} = \frac{7}{12} \times \frac{3}{5 } = \frac{7}{4} \times \frac{1}{5} = \frac{7 \times 1}{4 \times 5} = \frac{7}{20}
hope it's help you :)
