Just differentiate it and put acceleration zero

vallabhk123: differenciate ? exactly what ?

first differentiate 'x' and then differentiate 'v' (which you get by differentiating x i.e, rate of change of displacement is equal to velocity 'v' and when you again differentiate 'v' you get acceleration, equate that to zero(which is given in question already)
then you get 't'
substitute 't' vue in 'v' expression, you will get the answer
