Help?
On the scale drawing of a car, the length from bumper to bumper is 6 inches. The car’s actual length, from bumper to bumper, is 16 feet. On the scale drawing, the height of a window is inch. What is the actual height of this window? Explain or show your reasoning.

here is your answer ...

As the scale drawing and the actual car are similar .

so,

height of bumper in drawing/

height of bumper in actual car=height of the window in drawing/height of the window in actual car

6 in./16*12 in.=¾ in./height of the window in actual car

height of the window in actual car=¾*16*12/6 in.

=24 inch(Answer )
