NOW LETS CALCULATE COST OF GAS WHEN SATISH IS ALONE IN HIS CAR
Total distance satish travelled alone in the car is is =150+150=300
[Note:we got 300 by adding distace before he picks up friends nd after he drops off his friends]
Cost = 300/100*6*1.20
=$21.6
Letus calculate cost of gas satish has to pay when he is with friends
Cost =1800/100*6*1.20
=$129.6/3
=$43.2
[Note : we r deviding it with 3 to share the cost with 3 persons]
Total cost satish has to pay =
$43.2+$21.6
=$64.8
