Explanation:
1.) The greatest difiiculty faced in making the constitution was how to give full rights to all. One of the biggest concern of those drafting the constitution was that there has to be equality for all castes , creeds and races. To this end the drafting committee spent more than 2 years and responded to inumerable notices.
