Breadth of the floor = 8m
Area of the rectangular floor = lb = 20m×8m = 160m²
Side of the square tiles = 0.4m
Area of one tile = 0.4² = 0.16m²
Total no.of tiles = 160/0.16
= 1000
∴Total no.of tiles required = 1000
