help pls...how are we supposed to do these kind of sums in graphical solutions? std 9 chapter.

For the first one they have given x=5 so when only x is given y=0
For second one we should transpose 5 on the other side to get -5=x
3rd is similar to 1st one but this time x=0
4th one u should transpose +7 to get -7=y
