*HELP PLZ IT'S DUE IN 2HRS*
If an object is thrown up in the air at 55m/s.

What would be the velocity of the ball when it reaches the top of its flight?

If it would takes 5.6 seconds to reach the top of its flight, how long would it take to go from the top of it’s flight to its starting point?

Answer:

velocity = 0

time = 5.6 s

Explanation:

the velocity will have reduced to zero because the kinetic energy will be completely converted to potential energy at maximum height.

the time taken to go from the top of it's flight to the starting point will be the same as the time taken to go from the starting point to the top of it's flight. this is only true if there is negligible air resistance.
