Let a = 9; b = 12; c = 5; and d = 8.
Using Brahmagupthas formula, area of cyclic quadrilateral is
 \sqrt{(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)(s - d)}  \\ s =  \frac{a + b + c + d}{2}  \\ here \:  \: s =  \frac{9 + 12 + 5 + 8}{2}  = 17 \\ area =  \\  \sqrt{(17 - 9)(17 - 12)(17 - 5)(17 - 8)}  \\  =  \sqrt{8 \times 5 \times 12 \times 9}  = 12 \sqrt{30}
