HEY ÁÑSHU HERE IS YOUR ANSWER-

=) SIN= 4

=) COS= 5

AND WE KNOW THAT

 \tan = \frac{ \sin }{ \cos }

putting VALUE of sin and cos

 \tan( \alpha ) = \frac{4}{5}

OPTION (A) IS CORRECT
