Answer:

Change is always permanent in this world. The only thing that cannot be controlled is change. But we can always take efforts to bring about the right kind of change in the world.

Mahatma Gandhi said, “You must be the change you wish to see in the world.”  This means that we must set an example and implement the right kind of changes in order to make the world a beautiful place. In other words, if we want to see a change in a place we should be the one do it first for ourselves. When we want others to follow a good habit and we insist on it, first of all we should follow that habit. For example, only when we are punctual we can teach others on Values of Punctuality. That is how others will accept the change. If we are not perfect enough to insist on a change, the person on the opposite side will not listen to us. A teacher can bring in a good academic score in all students only when she teaches well. Only when we are brave enough to bring about a change in what we believe, others will believe.

The main reason many people hesitate to bring about a change is that they fear failure. But the truth is:

“Changing our face can change nothing. But facing our change can change everything” – which means saying no for a change cannot give any positive results. But facing the changes and taking away the fear can make real wonders in the world. Great achievers of the world did not fear the change but they made the change they wanted in this world.

Be the change you want to see

Gandhi Ji has beautifully said, "Be the

change that you want to see." Everyone

wants a better world, improved life

conditions. But the harsh reality is no one is

willing to be the change they want so much.

Everyone in the world is passing the buck of

responsibility on others. All are exploiting the

environment; no one is willing to preserve it!

The present critical condition of the world is

because of this apathetic attitude.

The world was made a better place to live in

by people who thought it their responsibility

to put something right they found wrong.

If Lincoln would not abolish slavery, who

would? f Mother Theresa would not help the

poor and the afflicted, who would?

No one is ready to take any initiative. All

think that someone else will do the damage

repair! And that someone has yet to

incarnate! This pass the buck attitude is very

dangerous for the entire mankind.

The world has been facing many challenges

such as global warming, receding glaciers,

ozone depletion, climatic changes, altered

weather patterns, proliferation of deadly

viruses, microbes that cause incurable

diseases. To overcome these challenges all

of us must bring about the required changes.

Each one of us must bring about the change

that we want. If we don't we will have to

repent later.
