Answer:a)m=6

b)m=9

c)m=50

Step-by-step explanation:

NB:all the three questions have the same base so in our case we will ignore them and use only the powers.

1)in 2^m/2^-2=2^3

ignore the bases which is 2

the 2^-2 its power will be 1/2 because its a negative power

a)m/1/2=3 so divide both sides by the recipricol of 1/2 to get

m=6

b)ignore the bases again which are 3

m*6/1/3=18

you will first get rid of 1/3 by dividing both sides by its reciprical to be left with only 6m

you then divide again both sides by 6 so we can get the value of m which is

m=9

c)ignore the bases which is 6

m*3*1/2/1/5=12

3/2m/1/5=15

divide both sides by the reciprical of 1/5 to be left with only 3/2m

divide again both sides by the reciprical of 3/2 to get the value of m which is

m=50

NB:recipricals apply to only fractions and the bases with negative powers will form fractions
