One Day , my mother was cooking some food that I never tried before . so , I got excited And asked my mother to cook with me . She smiled and said yes . So my mother told me this dish is known as mahni it is a himachali dish . She told me to wash raw mango while she was preparing some ingredients of the food . After that , she told me to fill water and boil raw mangoes . then , we removed peel of boiled raw mango and mashed boiled mangoes until it turns into paste. My mother told me to be away from fire because i am kid after than she cooked everything . Afterwards, made plated everything on the cooking tabke so that everyone can eat . Everyone liked the food that i made and my dad and brother told me to cook more often . They even told me that it was way more delicious than my mothers food . It was the best cooking experience that i ever has in my life .
