ACCORDING TO ME, HELPDESK SHOULD BE CLOSER TO THE ENTRANCE BECAUSE IF SOMEONE WHO IS NEW COMES TO THE INSTITUTION OR SCHOOL, HE / SHE DO NOT HAVE THE COMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PARTICULARS RELATED TO THE SYSTEM..
SO , THE PERSON CAN TAKE HELP FROM THE HELPDESK ..
