before and after the British period the political stability of the country was very weak. Britishers arrived at the time of jahangir and introduced themselves as a trading company. but after the death oh aurangzeb, their was a fight for succession among his sons which depleted the peace in country. britishers took advantage of this and therefore ruled the country
