Answer:

1.The various digestive glands are Liver,Pancrease and Salivary gland.Liver secreted bile juice which is stored in gall bladder,Pancrease secreted pancreatic juice and Salivary gland secreted sliva.Bile juice helps in the digestion of fats in the small intestine, pancreatic juice helps in the digestion of carbohydratesinto glucose fats into glycerol and fatty acids and protein into amino acids.2.Mucus protects stomach from its own secretion 9f hydrochloric acid.3.The food is further digested by bile juice, pancreatic juice into simple form and the nutrients are passes through the wall of small intestine into blood stream.4.Absorption is the process in which the digested food passes through the intestinal wall into blood stream and Assimilation is the process in which the nutrients are absorbed by cells and then utilised for its growth energy and multiplication.5 There are villi in the small intestine which increase the surface area of the small intestine for more absorption.6.The various components of food are carbohydrates, fats, proteins and their simplest form are glucose, fatty acids and glycerol, amino acids.
