let r be the radius of hemisphere of dome
volume of hemisphere of dome=56 4/7m^3
2/3  pi  r^3 =396/7
2/3 x 22/7 r^3 = 396/7
44/3 r^3= 396
r ^3 =396 x 3 /44
r ^3 =27
r =3m

area of dome = 2/3×22/7r³

√189 = r
√3×3×3×7 = r
r = 3√7m ans.
