Henry Cuyler Bunner was a Novelist, Poet and a Short story writer. He was born on 3rd August 1855 in Oswego. He was an Excellent writer/poet. His Short Stories gain more prominence than his Novels. he wrote so many plays. He writes his poems in a Rhythmic and Pleasing way.

They are quite easily understandable to the common people. Some of his works have Recurring lines  like in his poem " The way to Arcady ." In this poem the line " Oh, What's the way to Arcady ? " gets repeated a number of times throughout the poem.

He was a very Famous Short Story writer of the 19th century. His Way of Narration is Beyond Comparison.His works consisted of Humour and Sarcasm. He also Used to write Satirical Articles and Cartoons on Political figures as well as current affairs back then. he was first of his kind to do so.

He died on 11th May 1896. Henry died at a place called Nutley, New Jersey and was only 40 years old when he died.
