The liver is composed of chord of hepatic cells which secretes substance called as bile.
Bile is a brownish-green fluid which is involved in fat digestion.
The bile is secreted through common "bile duct" into the "duodenum", but if there is no food in the intestine, it is passed to the gall bladder, a thin muscular sac through cystic duct.
The "gall bladder stores" and "concentrates bile".
