It depends on the diet of the animals. The herbivores eat plants which contain cellulose, which requires a complex digestion. Therefore the herbivores have a longer digestive system. Mark me as the brainliest.

Herbivores eating grass need a longer small intestine to allow the cellulose to be digested. Whereas Meat is easier to digest, hence carnivores like tiger have shorter small intestine.
