From the given graph we can conclude that people belonging to age group of 16-25 are mostly killed in accidents happening due to motor bikes, while people belonging to age group of 26-35 are mostly killed in accidents happening due to buses and cars, people killed in accidents belonging to age group of 36 and above were mostly pedestrians. This implies that people of age group 16-25 mostly use motor bikes, while people of age group 26-35 mostly use buses and cars and people of age group 36 and above are mostly pedestrians. This doesn't mean that people of particular age group use only a particular means of transport.
