In the cave he found a lion the lion was limping towards him because of a thorn in his leg when the slave covered his eyes for the attack he noticed there was a thorn in its leg when he pulled out the thorn then the lion wanted to repay him for his kindness so he brought the slave meat to eat everyday. like this they became friends. one day the slaves master found him and put him in the arena for a punishment which a lion would attack him in front of thousands of people. And when the cage for the lion was opened the slave covered his eyes but the lion licked him on the face. The entire audience erupted into cheers and demanded that the slave be set free from his cruel master.
