Here is another food question which of these ingredients does not go into béchamel sauce?

Well, it seems you did not provide the options. But let me help you.
Actually the bechamel  sauce is also known as the white sauce because it is generally made of the butter , flour and milk. 
Most of the times the main ingredients used for bechamel sauce is butter and all purpose flour along with milk .
Moreover amount of salt and freshly grated nutmeg is also the important ingredients.
So other than these any ingredients  might be fake so dont use in recipe.

4 milk. 
2 teaspoons salt. 
1/2 teaspoon newly ground nutmeg.
