I assume you know the basic laws of exponents which will be used here.

1:
 ({2x})^{ \frac{1}{6} }  \times  ({2x})^{ \frac {  - 7}{6} }  \\ ( {2x})^{ \frac{ - 6}{6} } \\ ( {2x} ) ^{ - 1}   \\ \frac{1}{2x}
2:
 (\sqrt[4]{( \frac{1}{x})^{ - 12}}  ) ^{ \frac{ - 2}{3} }  \\  ((\frac{1}{x}) ^{ - 3} )^{ \frac{ - 2}{3} }  \\ ({x}^{3} )^{ \frac{ - 2}{3} }  \\  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} }
3:
 {a}^{ \frac{4}{7} }   \div  {a }^{ \frac{10}{7} }  \\  {a}^{ \frac{4 - 10}{7} } \\  {a}^{  \frac{ - 6}{7} }   \\  \frac{1}{ {a}^{ \frac{6}{7} } }
