Here, 9 can be presented as 3×9
and 10 can be presented as 5×2
if we multiply 5 and 3 we Get=15
and if we multiply 9×2 we get=18
Hence, 18+15=21 or 9+10=21
Why?

Because you're wrong about a numerof things.

1. 9 cannot be represented as 3x9, that would be 27.

2. 18+15 is not even close to 21, it would be 33.

3. If asked correctly you would need brackets: (3x3)+(5x2)=19. This is because you can't just break down numbers and chabge an equation.
