Let the cost of chair be x
Let the cost of table be x+30

Equation formed will be 2(x+30)+5x=2300. This is because their are 2 tables and 5 chairs
2(x+30)+5x=2300
2x+60+5x=2300
7x+60=2300
7x=2300-60
7x= 2240
X= 2240
