Here's a challenge
A place where you can get Brainliest

So ,This is 10th and 11th graders or maybe even 12th graders.

I am putting a very random Quadratic equation the one who'll solve it will be the winner and the Brainliest

Answer:

Solve  2 x^2 + 8 x + y = 2 y^2 + 8 y + x

Step-by-step explanation:

     2 x^2 + 8 x + y = 2 y^2 + 8 y + x

    2 x^2 + 8 x - x   = 2 y^2 + 8 y - y

   2 x^2 + 7 x      =    2 y^2  + 7 y

2 ( x^2 - y^2 ) + 7(x - y) = 0

   2 (x + y) (x - y)  + 7 ( x - y) = 0

(x - y) { 2(x + y) + 7 ) = 0

 x - y = 0      and  2 x + 2 y +7 = 0

 x = y  ---(1)             2 x + 2 x = -7

                                  4 x = -7

                                    x  = -7/4  = y

so answer

               x = -7/4     y = -7/4
