No , This doesn't mean that ant has no bone because when we throw it then it's mass is equal to 0 and his bones are very thin and flexible so it can walk.

A moving object carries energy - kinetic energy is a function of mass and speed squared. The ant has very little of both, therefore a falling ant doesn't have very much kinetic energy.
