In what way is the Baudhanath Temple different from the Pashupatinath Temple

Well. both of them are situated at kathmandu valley of Nepal. Some people often assume these both temples are same but they are completely differ from each other. Pashupatinath temple is the holy place of Hinduism while Baudhanath stupa is the destination of buddhist people. Lord shiva is wordshipped in Pashupatinath temple while Gautam Buddha is wordshipped at Baudhanath stupa.

NOTE:

Baudhanath is not a temple. Its a stupa.

Boudhanath & Pashupatinath, are UNESCO world heritage sites recognized in 1979 AD.Boudhanath is the largest stupain Nepal and holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet.Pashupatinath is the oldest Hindu temple in Kathmandu, with its existence dating back to 400 BC.
