The \: fraction \: \frac{B}{3x - 1} \: is \: subtracted \: from \: the \: fraction \: \frac{A}{2x + 3}. <br />\: The \: resulting \: fraction \: is \: \frac{ - 11}{(2x + 3)(3x - 1)}. \\ \: Then \: find \: A+B
