hlo mate ✌️

Given :

Focal Lenght (f) = - 20 cm

Height (h1) = 60 cm

v = 15 cm

To find :

size of image (u) = ?

Using formula :

 =  >  \frac{1}{f}  =  \frac{1}{v}  -  \frac{1}{u}

Calculating u :

 =  > u \:  =  \frac{v \times f}{f - v}

Now , putting the values in the formula :

+ , - Symbol also be written carefully .

u =( -15 ) × ( -10 ) / (-20) - (-15)

u = -60 cm

Now , H2 :

h2 = u/v × h1

h2 = 15/60 × 60

h2 = 15 cm

Hope it helps ❣️
