"Hermaphrodites consists of both female reproductive organs and male reproductive organs and most of them are in parasitic nature, which completely depends on other organism for their food and shelter.  

Food canal is absent in some organisms of this family and some organisms have a simple food canal. Osmoregulation and excretion occurs through flame cells.

Example: Tape worms which are infected to intestine.

Hydra, Tape worm, Ascidian, and Earthworm are Hermaphrodites."
