the hero is wrong according to me as he ismaking the heroine uncomfortable.the hero is not punished as no law states that stalking and making a person uncomfortable is wrong.yes there is an eve teasing law but most of the cops in india always feel that these cases are small and petty and generally leave the guilty with a small warning and even if the case is big they always state that the problem was with the girl's clothing and mannerism.this leaves a black mark on the law enforcing agencies of india. sometime these stalking maybe just playful but in most cases these predators move to the next level ie they start flashing and all sorts of stuff.law should be enforced in such a way that the cops should know when to intervene.in certain cases cops break up even consented love as they feel that is wrong.
