Hero's Limited target is to produce 10000 shirt per month at a cost of 150 per shirt. The production manager could achieve this target at a cost of 160 per shirt. Do you think production manager is effective? Give answer in support of your reason

According to me, production manager is not effective

Because law of demand states that when the price of the commidity falls, its demand rises and vice-versa.
